Nightly one-way sync from Aeries or PowerSchool keeps rosters, bell schedules, IEP/504 flags, and staff assignments current — so subs never see stale data on day one. Student education records move over encrypted SFTP, live behind role-based access, and every view is logged. Parents keep the right to inspect, review, and request amendments to records held by their district, per 20 U.S.C. § 1232g.
